Welcome to our workshop, home to three skilled mechanics with over 60 years experience between them! Whether you need a puncture repair, a full bike build or anything in between, we are here to help. Delivery Information
Free delivery to the local area can be arranged by contacting us before purchase. Delivery of clothing and accessories to UK Mainland is by Royal Mail Fist Class at a charge of £4.99. We aim to ship your items within one working day of payment.
We are not able to ship e-bikes at this time.
Delivery of non-electric bikes to Mainland UK is by Paisley Freight. We aim to have your purchase shipped within two working days of payment. Please be aware that delivery of bikes can take up to one week. The current charge for delivery of non-electric adult bikes within Mainland UK is £50.
The charge for children's bikes is £40
If delivery is required to UK Highlands and Islands, please contact us as we are often able to arrange this. Bicycles are fully built and checked before being carefully re-packaged for delivery. On receipt of your new bike, you will need to insert the front wheel, turn and tighten the handlebars and fit pedals (if included). A comprehensive leaflet on assembly will be sent with the bicycle. If you are unsure about any aspect of re-assembly, please give us a call on 01228 523142.

SALES ASSISTANT
Hours: Part-time 24 – 32 hours (including Saturdays).
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an in-person and online sales assistant in our busy bike shop.
If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.
Knowledge of cycling and bikes is not essential – more important is a willingness to learn and the confidence to engage customers.
Key requirements:
Experience in a customer service environment
Computer skills – familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
About the role:
As part of a small close-knit team, you will serve customers on the shop floor – advising on products, booking in repairs, handling cash and card transactions and ensuring things are neat and tidy.
Behind the scenes you will be answering the phone, fielding online enquires and checking-in products.
You will also help to keep our website up to date, ensuring stock levels are correct across a number of online platforms.
